FAQ

DO I NEED TO OWN A GUN AND HAVE A SHOTGUN LICENCE?

Yes, we are requesting that every person has their own licence and shot guns.  The minimum requirement is two licences per team and that all team members are experienced shooters.  Team leads are responsible for their own team members.  Please contact us for more information.

WHAT ARE THE TIMES OF THE DAY?

We start the day with registration from 8.30am, bacon rolls served from 8.45-9.30am.  All shooters must attend the briefing at 9.30am and there is a Shot Gun Start at 10.00am.  Shooting will continue through until approximately 2.00pm for the sparkling reception, and we will serve luncheon at 3.00pm.  The day concludes around 7.00pm.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE ON SITE?

There will be full toilet facilities on site (no showers). 

ALL cartridges are included in the cost of your day.  You will be able to purchase ear plugs and safety glasses.

We recommend that you bring sufficient cash with you on the day as post-shoot there is a cash bar and we will be having a raffle and auction. 

We will be able to take cheques, but will have a limited supply of cash on-site.

 

CAN WE INVITE EXTRA PEOPLE ALONG FOR LUNCH?

Guests are welcome to join you for luncheon and post shoot entertainment at the cost of £50 per person.  As a team, you can upgrade your team of four and a shared table to a full table for the post-shoot event - this will be at the cost of £200.  We request that these are booked in advance and names provided on booking. 

 

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ATTENDING ON THE DAY?

In both previous year's we have had over 160 attending, with 40 teams taking part.  We hope to exceed that this year with 48 team places . 

WHAT DETAILS DO YOU NEED ON BOOKING?

We will need a lead name, along with full contact details.  When collating the details for your team, we requets that you provide names and contact details, as well as shooting licence numbers for every team member.  This is an essential requirement on booking.  Full payment must be provided before the event date to secure your place.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We are able to to take most major cards or cheques, made payable to 'Break'.  We are also able to send invoices and can provide bank details for BACS payment (strictly 30 days).  Cash is also payable by dropping in to our office 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday at Break, Schofield House, Spar Road, Norwich, NR6 6BX.  Receipts are provided for all payments.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations received by 1 April will be fully refunded.  Cancellations after this time are subject to 25% fee and cancellations received within 4 weeks of the event will subject to 50% fee.  Cancellations within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
